American Legion Riders
To Participate in parades and other
ceremonies in keeping with the aims and
purposes of the American Legion. To
promote motorcycle safety programs and
to provide a social atmosphere for
American Legion Members who share the
same interest. To use our association to
support and promote programs of the
American Legion.
Spirit Of
Idaho
We collect, box, and ship goodies to
those serving in overseas hotspots.
Baseball
We support 3 baseball teams.
Boy's
State
American Legion Gem Boys State is a
political science experience for juniors
in Idaho High Schools. The program
strives to educate young men about the
three branches of government:
legislative, judicial and executive, on
the three levels of local government in
Idaho: city, county and state.
Girl's
State
We collect, box, and ship goodies to
those serving in overseas hotspots.
Toys
For Tots
In conjunction with the active duty
Marine Corp members annual Toys For Tots
program.
Food
Convoy
Supplements the food budget for Idaho
State Veterans's Homes. 80,000 to
100,000 in goods plus significant cash
collections from all over the state of
Idaho.
ROTC
Medal for scholastic ability, and
military bearing.
Oratorical Contest
Speak on the constitution of the United
States. Open to any boy or gir 9th grade
and above.
Weekly
Bingo (on hold)
Post 4 fund raiser to help supplement
resources local legion functions.
Fishing Derby for Kids
held every spring.
